Announcement

The month of November is dedicated to the Holy Souls in Purgatory.

“All who die in God’s grace and friendship but still imperfectly purified, are indeed assured of their eternal salvation; but after death, they undergo purification, so as to achieve the holiness necessary to enter the joy of heaven.” (CCC 1030)

Reflecting on the end time events, let us continue to pray during the month of November for all our departed brothers and sisters that also will be purified from their inequities and will shine in the presence of the Father. In a special way we thank and pray for the Lazurus committee that is serving at different sites of our parish, who served in organizing and helping the families at the funeral of their loved ones. May God bless them for their commitment and service.

Knight of the Columbus

Thank you, the Knights of Columbus, for sending coats for our children for the winter. There are about 50 children received coats this year.

Saint Rita Church of PSJXXIII Parish Family

We need parishioners to join our facility team.  Volunteering as part of the facility team is a beautiful way to serve God and your parish community. By helping care for the church, you contribute to maintaining a sacred space where we gather to worship, pray, and seek comfort. Your efforts, no matter how small, help create a welcoming and peaceful environment for others to encounter God. It's a humble and rewarding form of stewardship that allows you to give back to the church that nourishes your faith, while also strengthening bonds with fellow parishioners as you work together for a common purpose.

Purpose: Our volunteers truly embody the corporal works of mercy in feeding the poor and clothing the naked and represent the hands and feet of Christ as they work with the poor. Our Food Bank operates solely on donations. Your support of this ministry is what keeps our Food Bank’s doors open.

Thank You from Visitation Church

On behalf of Visitation Church, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your incredible effort and dedication in organizing the recent fundraiser. Your hard work and commitment to our parish are truly inspiring.

Thanks to your efforts, we successfully raised $1,304! These funds will be placed in a restricted account, ensuring they are reserved for future facility repairs and updates to maintain and improve our parish spaces.

Your service and generosity exemplify the spirit of community and stewardship that make our parish family so special. We are deeply grateful for all that you do.

May God continue to bless you abundantly for your kindness and devotion.
