If Mary Magdala met you as she was running from the tomb, what, do you think, she would have said to you? What would you have said to her? The “other disciple” entered the tomb “saw and believed”. What do you think he would have said to you? Can you think of why we celebrate Easter with Easter Bunnies and colored eggs. They have a religious significance. (Check it out on google.)
Activity: The springtime of new life expresses the new risen Life of Jesus that he shares with us. If you have some flowers, or shrubs with new leaves, pick some, and place them on the table as a sign of the Lord’s risen life, draw pictures of flowers, or light a candle that reflects the light of the risen Lord.
To help with cleaning the church. Saturday morning April 23rd from 9:00am to 12noon Meet in the church.
The Saturday night Mass is in need of Eucharistic Ministers. We will train you and make sure you are comfortable prior to serving. If you are considering this at all, please help as we are in great need of volunteers.
