New Website Launch
Pope St. John XXIII Parish and St. John of the Woods Mission are pleased to announce the launch of our brand new website! After months of hard work and dedication, we are delighted to officially announce the launch. The new site launch is available and the URL is https://www.psj23.org/
Our goal with this new website is to provide our parishioners of Pope St. John XXIII Parish and St. John of the Woods Mission with an easier way to learn about keep in touch with our faith communities.
We invited the parishioners to explore our new website. We hope you find the new website with a fresh look, easy to access information and we also wish to establish this portal as a source of information for those who visit our site.

Thank you for your response to the Annual Catholic Appeal this year. We have received gifts and pledges totaling
$32,371 from
130 families that is 25% of the parish. We are looking forward to surpassing our goal with 100% of household participation Please pray and make a pledge today. Together we can be Christ to others.
Our parish goal this year is $44,328. All gifts received over our goal will be returned to the parish for our parish project which is new fences around Church’s property. Please prayerfully consider how you can participate in helping our parish be a light to others.

ANNUAL GARAGE SALE
We deeply appreciate that members of all sectors of our parish worked together to put on this event for our community. Many people were able to purchase items for their families and homes with little expense, a fact that is really important during the economic challenges we now face. We made $5,246 for this year. St. Ann parish thanks with gratitude the volunteers who worked for almost two weeks to set up and manage the yard sale and the parishioners who donated items for the sale.
PATRIOTIC ROSARY & MASS
We are hosting a Patriotic Rosary and Mass to pray for our country this coming Thursday, June 30th. The Rosary starts at 6:00 pm and the Mass follows at 7:00 pm. All are invited.
The Patriotic Rosary is prayed for every state in our country and for all of our legislative offices. Military and Veterans are encouraged to wear uniforms.
ALTAR SERVER SIGN-UP
We invite adults and youth who like to become Alter Server to sign up. Please sign up and indicate the Mass time that would be convenient for you.

ANNUAL PARISH PICNIC
Parish Picnic and the last celebration of the Feast Day of Patron Saint, St. Anne. After July 1st, 2022, the parish will be changed to Pope St. John 23 Parish.

Prizes for the raffle tickets at the picnic will be on sale after weekend Masses and on the day of the picnic.

Adoration every Thursday following the 8AM Mass through 10AM and from 4 to 5PM followed by silent adoration until 6PM
SUMMER VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Again this year we will have Summer Program for our children at St. Ann Parish.
Class starts from July 18 and ends on August 19

FOR SALE
We have organic, pure pressed and canned apple juice, apple sauce (nothing added), and preserved pears and pear butter for sale in our office. There are also greengage plum jelly and a limited selection of other organic jellies.
Price is $4 per jar. All benefits are for the parishes. If you want some, please stop by the offices of SA or SJOW from 9am to 3pm or call the parish offices or Sr. Theresa 253-592-2541. Thank You
THE NEW PARISH
The New Parish plans to build a new school on St Ann ground soon. We are currently in the planning phase and need help on the following subjects: Survey, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural and Geotechnical designs.
